The old house flip transformation into a luxury modern home was a significant challenge. The Clever Style custom-designed a unique modern framing for the front, adding a distinctive touch. Wooden exterior panels were selected to harmonize with the natural surroundings, creating a striking street presence. The rooftop swimming pool was designed with privacy in mind, while the garage was elevated to match the house level, expanding the air-conditioned space without exterior additions. The front design incorporated eight columns to enhance privacy from the street.
